Once your order has been shipped or has left our warehouse you can not cancel or change it until it has been delivered to you.
You may want to return or change (some of the items in) your order. We understand this and we’d try to keep this process as simple as possible for you!
You have 14 days to return any item to Hilda.Henri for refund, exchange or a credit note after you have received your order.
In case that you are unable to send the returns within the specified times (for example, because you are on holidays), please contact us and we will find solutions for alternative arrangements.
Each item must be returned as new with the manufacturer’s tags attached. It is required that the condition of the returned goods is the same as it was before the shipment and that it comes in its original packaging. Before returning the goods please make sure to rebuild the delivery conditions and use the original packaging. Hilda.Henri reserves the right to claim a loss of value if the goods show traces of usage, which go further than fitting.
Hilda.Henri cannot accept clothes or accessories that have been worn. Any returns that are not new, clean and undamaged will be sent back to the customer at their cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs
Please notice that all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the costumer. The shipping has to be insured and the buyer is responsible for the shipment until it reaches us. It is not possible to send via not prepaid or via cash on delivery. Hilda.Henri reserves the right to reduce the payback if the article is affected by any traces of usage, if it is damaged or incomplete. If you decide to send back the merchandise that has been sent to you without charging any custom Hilda.Henri reserves the right to charge it in whole or partly afterwards from the customer.
If you are sending the returns from a country outside the EU, please label the box “returned unwanted Austria merchandise” to avoid import duties and custom hold. Please note that Hilda.Henri cannot be help responsible for items not reaching our office. The unwanted item is the responsibility of the buyer until it arrives at our place safely.
If you require a refund for your return, we will credit you the amount that you paid, minus postage costs. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date that we receive your returned package. The payback via paypal or credit card takes place after the goods are received by the seller within above timeline.
You can exchange any item for a different size or color or for a replacement product. If the new item is more expensive than the original, you will need to pay the difference. If you want to exchange sizes you have to return the merchandise at your own expense. The shipping has to be insured. The buyer is responsible for the shipment until it reaches us. Also you will get charged for shipping and custom of the new delivery/the replaced goods.
You will need to pay the postage for the exchanged items. This will be added to the bill for the exchange.
Alternatively, you can have a credit note which you can spend at our Hilda.Henri e-boutique at any time within the next two months.

All items that have been bought with discount are not able to be returned. They are excluded from the exchange. The customer is responsible for any custom and import tax.
